New in box, w/ blemishes. 40mm wide, without measuring the crowns. Strap can fit up to a 7 3/4 inch wrist, snugly on an 8 inch wrist. Both crowns are SCREWDOWN - so please note, you have to unscrew the crowns first. Upper crown sets time, the lower crown is to adjust the inner rotating ring for the 2nd time zone.
